Rootless Podman at Boot
User app runs a rootless Podman container as a systemd user service (a Quadlet .container file in ~/.config/containers/systemd/, enabled for default.target). It works while app is logged in via SSH, but it stops at logout and does not start after a reboot. What fixes this?
