Patch a Chart Without Forking It

The platform runs apps only on the node pool pool=apps (node01 and node02), and every app's Pods must carry a team label. The vendor chart ~/webapp-1.3.0.tgz has no values for nodeSelector or extra Pod labels, and the team doesn't want to fork it.
