Values That Never Reach the Subchart

~/charts/shop is an umbrella chart. It pulls the webapp chart twice from the team repository (http://charts.internal:8879): once as storefront, and once as admin. Someone wrote its values.yaml, but the storefront ignores those settings, and the admin console should not be installed in this environment.
