Offboard a Departing Engineer

omar left the company an hour ago. Their account must be shut down now, but legal wants their files kept for review.

Task

• Nobody can log in as omar with a password: lock it.
• Their login shell is /usr/sbin/nologin.
• The account itself is expired, so key-based logins are refused too.
• None of their processes are still running (one, reportd-sync, is still going).
• Keep their home directory and everything in it.
• yusuf runs a similar process; it must keep running.
