14-day money-back guarantee

If BrokenCluster Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal, and you get the full amount back. No questions asked, and you keep your progress, XP and certificates on the free plan.

How to ask

Open Settings → Plan and billing → Payment method and invoices and use the receipt's refund link, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who issues the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Outside the 14-day window we do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
